Refund Policy

At EliteVolt, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction by providing high-quality electronic products. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Returns

  • Customers can request a return within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • The product must be unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging with all accessories.
  • Proof of purchase (order ID or invoice) is required.

2. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • If paid via UPI/Net Banking, refund may take 3-5 business days.
  • The amount will be credited to your original payment method.

3. Exchange Policy

  • If you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong product, you are eligible for a free replacement.
  • You must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery with proper proof (images/video).

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that are used or damaged by the customer
  • Products without original packaging
  • Certain electronic items (if specified on product page)

5. Shipping

  • Return shipping costs may be borne by the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

6. Important Notes

  • Refunds may take additional time depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • EliteVolt reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy conditions.
